Chances are I didn’t do this correctly – but chances are I don’t really care.
I provide links to music on Amazon that’s listed in the podcast you’re enjoying. The only reason I do this? Hoping that someday the site will pay for itself. The bands don’t ask me to do this; hell, most of them & their labels are MIA now. That’s how things work. But due to the fact that I don’t want to piss on anyone’s shoes over at the FTC, I believe this disclaimer might cover whatever it is I just described in the yawn-worthy terms they can understand:

PS: I respect why the FTC is doing what they’ve done, but they need to have another look at their policy. It doesn’t work for the Internet of today, or for altruistic-style blog posting, such as the posts done on Club Topsy. I’m not here to make money, take money, etc – to make an impact on my pocket, and chances are I won’t. Some people don’t do things for greed. Just sayin.
